(ACT I – A dinner discussion’s taking place at Lord Lupine von Luftwaffe’s abode and the servants busy themselves in and out of the kitchen to the grand dinner room delivering banquets and banquets of food. ‘Four Seasons Spring’ composed by Vivaldi plays softly in the background and Lupine is in the middle of one of his fantastic tales, to which his accompanied colleagues respond in a roar of detestable laughter around the table. Lupine’s wife Martha sighs heavily as part of her dies away to each of his sentences.)
